Does machine turn on?
Is circuit breaker on right hand side turned on?
Is 3 phase ac power available at breaker- line to line?
Is power available from company buss or wall receptacle?
Check mains fuses or breakers.

Dielectric unit does not run/or pump motor runs –no oil output
Check circuit breaker on front panel of dielectric unit. Is 3 phase power available to breaker? 220vac line to line. (380vac L-L Europe)
Make sure cable from dielectric unit to side panel from cabinet is plugged in.
If circuit breaker is not on reset.
If motor runs is it running in direction of arrow stamped on housing?
Pump may need to be primed. To reprime open prime plug on pump housing , make sure that prime plug seals. Check oil level in reservoir.
Check pump fill line and foot. Make sure that foot is not clogged.

Work tank does not fill.
Check that fill valve is turned cw inside dielectric unit.
Check drain hose for oil flow, fill hose may be cracked inside drain hose.
Check clogged manifold inside work tank.

Work tank fills but no pressure or vacuum flushing available.
Check manifold for cracked hoses.
Check solenoid valve inside dielectric unit and hoses. Vacuum check hose line, check Bernoulli valve.

No vertical movement of ram.
Is there constant audio? What is voltage on front panel voltmeter? Should be 10vdc.
Depress over ride button on pendant. Will ram move up or down?
Check Thermal overload inside cabinet on rear wall. (has red Flag sticking out). Check fuses in rear of cabinet behind small flap. Check fuses with meter.

Machine jogs but does not cut (EDM)
Does start cut stay on briefly, then go off? Press servo lock , press start cut. Is there a voltage on the front panel voltmeter? If not enter 32.5 amp (amps selection) does any voltage appear?
If voltage appears approx 80vdc or 200vdc if gap increase is on. Change current selection. Press stop cut. Turn servo lock off. Press start cut ,does voltage appear on front panel voltmeter? If yes, try to servo to cut. Top
